Being country doesn't mean stealing a song and basing your EP off someone else's hard work. Especially if that someone else is two men proudly serving their country.

Giving proper credit?

"Proud of Who I Am" belongs to Patten and Goff. A proper "cover" under the compulsory cover license would give them credit and require payment of royalties. Is this being done?

If you are going to publish a song, make sure you give credit to the ones who wrote it and pay them royalties. Instead you stole it and you owe big time! DONT BUY THIS SONG!!!! Buy the one from Patten & Goff. It's the real deal, not stolen goods.
What a low life!!!

This low life is stealing people music and calling it his own and making money from it!!!! The ones who REALLY wrote this music were real military and writing this song while they were in. Look them up on YouTube. I hope this guy goes to jail
It is not stealing. It's called a "cover"

Anyone wishing to make and distribute phonorecords of a nondramatic musical work can negotiate directly with the copyright owner or his or her agent. But if the copyright owner is unwilling to negotiate, or if the copyright owner cannot be contacted, the person intending to record the work or make a DPD can use the compulsory licensing provisions of the copyright law.
Stealing is not okay!!

How do you sleep at night knowing you stole from two American soldiers! You did not write this song! iTunes should take it down and never let you sell music again. LOSER.
Stolen valor

How the hell are you going to steal a song from Soldiers who wrote it? You belong in jail instead of on iTunes.
