Although the lyrics make me cringe sometimes, Adams's melodies are wonderfully creative, and some of the ballads are deeply beautiful. I carry some of these songs around in my head for days after listening to this album.

I'm sorry. I don't know what to say other than, I'm not sure what Adams was thinking when he wrote this one. It is a horrible attempt at some sort of contemporary Broadway feel. One of the duets features a guy hitting on a girl with innuendo-laced statements about putting his hard disk in her drive... yeah. I'm a huge Adams fan, and this is one of the anomalies in his catalogue. Steer clear!
